About Your Prescription
Please remember that if you ordered a prescription medication, we need to have the prescription written by your doctor.
Here are ways you can send us your prescription:
- Mail your prescription (original, not a copy) to:

Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 - We can call your Doctor's Office and obtain a prescription for you, however, you will need to provide the Doctor's information and the prescription medication you are requesting. This option is not available for New York Residents.
- Your doctor can also e-prescribe, call in, e-mail or fax in your prescription(s) directly to the pharmacy at the pharmacy phone number, (954)447-7784 & (954)447-7751; fax number, (954)447-7785 or e-mail address, doctor@risenshinepharmacy.com
Please be advised that if the prescription is sent by fax, it should be coming from the doctor's office.
This option is not available for New York residents.
